STAY VISAS/ WORK PERMIT FOR EXPAT' S Our Services mainly are ; Labor Department Permit/ RPTKA, Work Recommendation, Telex Visa, Work Permits/ Kittas, Police Report/ SKLD, local government office permits, Travel permit, Exit Re-Entry Permit etc. Documents required for Processing your Kittas/ Stay Permit & Work permit are as follows : Copy of Company registration/ Notarial Deed Copy of Company Domicile permit ( SKTU/ HO, Situ) Copy of Tax payer Code ( NPWP/ PKP) please include the Director id card and His NPWP Business Licence ( SIUP/ SIUJK) and Company Organisation structure chart Copy of your employment agreement with Company Labor department report of UU No.7, 1981 Copy of Letter statement from company for the Transfer of Expat' s experienced to local staff Copy of Id Card/ KTP of The Local Staff which is appointed for the Expat' s Conterpart Company sponsorship application and letter Copy passport, Resume, Work reference letter, copy of the latest education certificate Photo : with Red Back ground for the size of ; 2x3, 3x4, 4x6 = 10 pieces each For family : wife and children copy passport and birth certificate and family register PROCEDURES Once we have received all mentioned above documents we are starting the process your formalities documents, the first step is when we have receive the Visa Approval from Immigration Department in Jakarta and the Visa should be sent to Indonesian Embassy to the country which is nominated and requested by you. Accordingly with the Copy of it' s document, you need to process the Visa Stamp in your Passport at the Visa Section in Embassy office. Please ensure that you will get 12 months visa stamped in passport and we have to bring your passport to Local Immigration office in Indonesia within 5 days from the stamped arrival date in any Indonesian Airport. Please be advised that there is a Government Levy that should be paid to Indonesian Labor Department for USD1, 200 / year / expatriate which is separated with our Service Charge. HOW LONG MAY I STAY/ WORKING The Permit is only valid for 12 months and need to be extend in every year Kittas holder WHAT IF I NEED TO GO OVERSEAS You will need Exit-Re Entry Permit with single Exit permit ( 3 months period) and Multiple Entry ( 6 months period) please make sure that the permit is still valid when you are traveling out side the Country. Who is ELIGIBLE ? To be eligible for a VISA for retirement you must: Be 55 years or older Have no intention to work in Indonnesia Be in good health and character REQUIREMENTS The following documents must be supplied before your VISA application can be processed: Copy of your passport and/ or travel documents wich are valid for at least one year Proof of holding a pension or Deposit - Bank statement Health Insurance Life Insurance Curriculum Vitae Any applicant whose spouse wishes to apply for a Limited Stay permit VISA for elderly tourists must provide a copy of their marriage certificate A personal Guarantee Letter, stating: To live in the provided and agreed accommodation in Indonesia ( Bali in particular) with proof of receipt or through renting proof of rental agreement. The mentioned accomodation must be located at an authorized tourist area and in accordance with the prevailing regulations. Employment Letter - Affidavit. You must emply at least one Indonesian citizen for assistancces kind of work, such as nursing, housekeeping or any other kind of assistances during your stay in Indonesia. In that regard, you must submit a letter stating that you are currently employing or intend to employ an Indonesian assistant. Photographs sized 4x6 ( 10 pieces) , 3x4 ( 4 pieces) , 2x3 - ( 4 pieces) ( Red Background) How long may I stay? If your application is approved, you will be allowed to come to Indonesia initially for one year and your visa can be extended every year to a totla of 5 years. Then you can apply for a permanent stay permit. ( KITAP) What if I need to go overseas? You should check that the availability of your KITAS ( Limited Stay Permit Card) is still valid for applying the following Exit Re-entry Permits Exit re-entry permit that is valid for 3 months Multiple exit re-entry permit that is valid for 6 months What if I do not extend the VISA? If you wish to do not extend your visa, before leaving the country you must processing Exit Permit only and documents cancellation.
